Commercial opportunities are subject to qualification, counterparty diligence, approvals, negotiations, funding, procurement rules, legal requirements and execution risk. Regulated activities
Where a transaction may involve regulated lending, credit intermediation, securities, investments or other licensed activity, Gold Spade Africa will not hold itself out as the regulated provider unless appropriately authorised. Where required, such activity must be conducted through suitable licensed counterparties and lawful compensation structures.
Commercial engagement
The launch commercial model is a US$1,250 transaction engagement fee plus a 5% success commission on the GSA-attributable successful transaction value. The exact scope, commission basis and success event are defined in the applicable mandate before execution. Different terms apply only where expressly agreed in writing.
Public submissions
Submitting an opportunity or partner profile does not obligate either party to proceed and is not confirmation that Gold Spade Africa has accepted a mandate. Do not submit confidential documents until an appropriate controlled diligence route has been agreed.
